All Annual Flock Returns and lamb registrations should be completed and returned to Secretary, Steph Thackery, by 31st December 2022.
Please note that late registrations will incur a surcharge of 50% on returns received after the deadline of 31st December 2021. i.e. Male registrations £22.50 each and females £6 each. Registrations received after the 31st January 2022 will not be included in the flock book and will still incur the surcharge.
This information will then be used to produce the 2022 Flockbook, the information needed includes the 2022 born ewe lambs and ram lambs, that are to be registered as breeding stock and the your whole Clun Flock make-up i.e. Ewes & Stock Rams used in Autumn 2022. All this information is then put together in the Spring of 2023 and the 2022 Flockbook should be out in May 2023. The Flockbook is often delayed by late entries, so please help us by getting those entries in on time.
The whole process begins again in December 2023, when the Secretary will send out the Annual Flock Returns for the 2023 Flockbook.
