2026 AGM & Prize Giving Dinner

We are delighted to invite you to this years AGM and Prize Giving Dinner which will take place on the 24th October 2026 at the Salwey Arms, in Wooferton, Ludlow, SY8 4AL.
Evenings Itinerary: 5.00pm - Arrival 5.30pm – AGM 6.00pm – Dinner followed by Prize Giving Bookings including menu choices should be made using the booking form which is available to download below. Dinner is £45 per person. Menus can be downloaded using the button below. Payment is required at the time of booking. Members are welcome to bring as many guests as they like, but booking and payment is also required for guests. Please send your booking forms to [email protected] and make payment using the details on the form. Bookings must be submitted and payment made by the 14th October 2026!

Rooms are available at the Salwey Arms and can be booked using the link below. Alternatively rooms are available at the Ludlow Wooferton Travelodge which is next door, or at the Ludlow Travelodge on Foldgate Lane. Members are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
